When you sign up for and use the TheMoSiA skills directory, information that are collected will be processed by the GDR 3333 French Network for Theoretical Chemistry (the GDR will evolve to the federation of research: theories, modelling and simulations in atomistics - FR TheMoSiA - in January 2022). This directory allows accessing and posting online skills and information of members of the French Theoretical Chemistry Network and allows research in this data base only by the members.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6-f of the French General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) since the data collected are necessary for the purpose and the legitimate interests of the skill directory managed by its director and directory board (data controllers) and also for the recipient's legitimate interest.
The recipients of the data are the managerial team of GDR3333 and FR TheMoSiA and the registered members of GDR3333 who have access to the skills directory.
Your data is kept for the duration of your membership to the GDR3333 and FR TheMoSiA.
You have the following rights for the use which is made of your data:
- the right of opposition, access, rectification, erasure
- the right to a restricted use when your data are not necessary or are no longer useful
